Friends, I made biscuits, but I didn’t have time to write about them. This is a first. I tend to be pretty busy, but finding time to bake and blog is a top priority for me no matter what’s going on. But! Right now is a little different because I’m two weeks away from a big international move, so I am completely consumed with packing up my American life and readying my stuff to ship abroad. (Oh yes, the cake pans and rainbow sprinkles are coming with me.) More about all of that once I get a chance to take a breath…
In the meantime, Baked Sunday Mornings made Chipotle Cheddar Biscuits from BAKED: New Frontiers in Baking. Fortunately I managed to make them a little early, knowing I would be pretty crazed right now. I will write up my notes as soon as I’m able, so for now, suffice it say that they are *delicious* and you should make some and promptly put them in your face while the cheese is still melty, mkay?
